In connection with the Linden Jean Book Collection, I created a series of illustrations for Sound!Start Phonics to use across their systematic synthetic phonics program, for example in worksheets or on flashcards. Over 300 images were created as a visualisation of the words, letters, and sounds that are taught by Sound!Start Phonics.

The illustrations for created to aid the development of children’s reading by providing straightforward yet appealing visualisation of the words being taught. Sound!Start Phonics requested a consistent and clear style and palette to apply across the entire selection, which would encourage student engagement without distraction or confusion.
